Welcome to the E.H. Wendland Scholarship! The scholarship is committed to Encouraging Hope, Enlightening Horizons, and Establishing a Heritage for children in Zambia and Malawi based on the faith and life of E.H. Wendland. We are happy to report that in 2023, more than $15,000 was distributed for education assistance to the children of pastor families in Malawi and Zambia. More than 100 students in Zambia and Malawi received a scholarship to help in their secondary or post-secondary education tuition. The children come from more than 70 different pastor families of the Lutheran Church of Central Africa in Zambia and Malawi. We praise God for this opportunity to support the pastors and their children in this effort to advance education in Zambia and Malawi.
